direct access beach access really good staff short cubicle shower cubicle missing handwash

this beautiful hotel offers two gorgeous pools. it has direct beach access where i saw turtles swimming near the shore. the staff were really good and very attentive. i could easily access galle fort by car.

the en-suite bathroom lacked body wash, only providing two shampoos and one conditioner. there was no hand wash in the powder room and the shower cubicle was too short. the layout felt weird. i thought a door for the toilet was necessary for privacy.

missing soap misleading view

The room was nice. The air conditioning worked well.

The service was not up to par. Basic requests took multiple attempts before resolution. i found the public washrooms near the restaurants lacked soap and paper towels. This was unacceptable. also, our suite primarily faced the swimming pool, not the ocean as suggested. This felt misleading.
